Payment

Payment is accepted by Paypal, Visa, Mastercard via PayPal.  An SSL certificate encrypts credit card information to ensure safe processing of your payment details. If you prefer Direct Debit or Money Order, our Bank Account Numbers and Postal Address are available when you are at the check out.

A GST (Goods and Services Tax) of 10% applies to all purchases and is included in the total purchase price.

Out of Stock

On some occasions, your purchase may not be avaliable. In this situation, we will contact you and offer a choice to cancel your order with a full refund or alternatively change your order.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order you will need to contact us immediately. Cancellations will only be possible when the purchase is yet to be dispatched.

Postage 

Our chosen method of shipping is Australia Post. We find their service to be generally well priced, quick and reliable. We hope that you will be happy with their service as well, however if you do have any concerns please contact us.

Delivery and Freight Charges

Delivery charges are based on the final weight of the parcel and are added at the later stage of the ordering process. Select the items you require, click on 'Purchase Now' enter your details. The the next screen automatically calculates the postage.  This process is required to provide the correct calculation, based on the total weight and the country to be sent to.  A reliable and cost effective service is provided by Australia Post - all deliveries are sent via airmail.  A small handling charge to cover packaging is included.

Delivery time

For local orders within Australia, orders normally take 3 to 7 working days for delivery once payment has cleared and received in full.

Refund Policy 

If you or your pooch are not completely satisfied with your new purchase, simply return it in within 14 days from the date of purchase and we will happily offer you a replacement , exchange or refund (less postage) providing that the product is in 'as new' condition.
